I love hot summer days.
But when it's a muggy 100 degrees, I love our Air conditioned house!
If anyone, and I mean anyone, is feeling hot this summer, come over to our house! Our A/C is always on and the fridge is always stocked. :)
Tonight was the Capital Conference District track meet. My youngest brother, Samuel (aka Sam)
ran the 800m and 4x400 relay. He did awesome. Remember how hot and muggy it was? Those young highschoolers still ran their best!

My mom and Beth also came to cheer him on in the 4x400 relay.
Makes me want to run again. 
Someday, when I don't have babies to feed. And it's not 100 degrees.
