It was the first time I bought food at IKEA, but the Swedish meatballs were highly recommended. And, as Markus promised, he made the Swedish meatballs and potatoes topped with the Graddsas cream sauce and Lingonberry preserves, just like he does back home, tonight for my Mother's day dinner. Yum!!Saturday evening we celebrated Aaron's graduation from Warner Pacific college. Aaron is Tyler's cousin and close friend and also a great soccer player and coach.
The party was at Ben and Heather Billup's (Aaron's sister). Their little boy, Boston, and Isaac have a lot of family resemblances.
Sunday was Mother's Day (as I write this, it is no longer Sunday...) I received a GREEN rose at church. (I LOVE green!) We went to my Mom and Dad's house for lunch, in Estacada (Grandpa and Grandma in the woods as Dom calls them!)
Tyler's mom (Grammy) who lives far away in Brookings is in town this week. For Mother's Day, I got to detail my car while Tyler watched the boys and Brianna went shopping with Auntie Beth (and got this very cute shirt) It was a wonderful day!

Ah, I went to school and Awana's with Debbie Gill's kids. And I think she was some of our Awana's leader or preschool teacher.
Happy Mother's Day!
Happy Mother's Day! So good to see you Sat!
Sounds like you had a great week-end! We should get together for another round of "hi and bye" soon! Except next time, maybe we could get a conversation in there someplace! Happy belated Mother's day. Love/
What a wonderful day, and now I'm hungry for IKEA meatballs :)
Happy Mother's Day!
