"Wish you were here", by Markus, Saturday night at 10pm.
We arrived at our CRR cabin Saturday afternoon. First time since last fall when we winterized and locked it up but left things in the shed that has no door.
The things in the shed are still here, the house is still standing and the weeds are still growing.
Once you start picking, you just can't stop.
Out with the old, broken fridge:
In with the new one, which is stocked with food now:
Today we brought Tyler's golf car to his storage unit, only to get it back out an hour later so he and Markus could golf 18 holes.
The kids and me (I know, bad grammar, but that is my post name) would love to go swimming in the heated pools but it has to get to 60 degrees before they open the pool and it's just 56. So we went grocery shopping and now I am able to get online with Tyler's laptop. It can find a low strength wireless connection from a house at least an acre away, but my cheap laptop can't even find our wireless network when I'm on the opposite side of our house!
Markus says it's like being in the Wild, Wild, West here.
