After swim lessons we had 30 minutes to eat dinner before Dom's baseball practice. We drove to Burgerville in Gladstone, sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and when we got to the window to pay I realized I could not find my wallet. I parked and searched the car. I called the aquatic park. Sure enough, I left it there. 10 minutes until Dom's baseball practice, the kids are starving, what do I do? Tyler had just left work (on 82nd, near the aquatic park) so I asked him to pick up my wallet and bring it to me. We went in to Burgerville. They were nice enough to let me and my 3 rugrats sit and eat our food, without paying, waiting for Tyler to arrive with my wallet. We were 20 minutes late for baseball practice and I endured another humbling experience, but everything worked out perfectly!
