He made pork and turkey schnitzel. Viener is the type of schnitzel that is from Vienna, Austria. (We would spell it Wiener but it is pronounced viener. ;-) There are lots of different ways to make schnitzel.
It is sure great having a live-in chef! Now if we could get a nanny, housecleaner and yard guy...
no, life would get too boring.
But I could really use the housecleaner right now!

I'd take the maid, at least! Even with all that (hypithetical..sp?) help, I doubt your life would ever be borning.....you have kids!

We didn't have a meat pounder at the time (found one at a garage sale for 10 cents yesterday) so they had to use a mallot!
