Jog-A-Thon

The jog-a-thon is the only fundraising we do for Gladstone's Elementary school. The money earned from the jog-a-thon goes towards the kids' field trips, assemblies, and extracurricular activities. I was able to volunteer to count laps for both Brianna's and Dominick's classes because they both did their run today, my day off!The class has 20 minutes to jog or walk around cones. 25 laps = 1 mile. Brianna did 27 laps!Dominick, despite running later in the day when it was 85+ degrees hot, HAD to beat his sister. He ran/walked 30 laps!Brianna even took a spill but got up and kept jogging. What a trooper!I LOVE a fundraiser where the kids have to REALLY work hard to earn the money!
