This article was in the Oregonian Travel section October 12th (it has taken me this long to finally write a post about it)
Sandra was so HAPPY to read about her home country!
"the University of Michigan's World Values Survey, proclaimed Denmark to be the happiest nation among 97 surveyed." The reporter of this article went there to find out for himself why... "I think we are happy because we have the best beer in the world, Carlsberg." was a common answer. Other answers: "In Denmark [the family sits together for dinner] every day.....everything is built for the middle class, not the upper class.....the health system is great.....90 percent of places serve non-chain coffee....." The reporter summed it up, "I finally, and suddenly, came to envy the Danes and their happiness built of a million little things."I asked Sandra why...she said "because we are a small country so we have to stick together."
It's a good reminder this time of year, to be thankful for and remember to stick close to your friends and family, and be happy! Ephesians 5:20

Where did America rank in the survey? "we're sixteenth." I Timothy 6:6
