Silver again for Gladstone

Last year's championship took months for me to get over, so don't expect much from me for awhile.

I am so proud these boys made it to the Championship game!!! They played hard. Unfortunately the other team got the lucky shot in and we just couldn't (although in the last minute their goalie caught a ball inside the net and it should have been a goal but the refs did not count it). It has been a fun year with this team!

The Gladstone champions!
We have to say good-bye to a lot of Seniors again...13! We look forward to watching their future unfold and we will see them again...
It's just hard for me to accept 2nd for the third time, for something that is not just a game for Coach Tyler and me. It is our life, our ministry, our passion. It would be such a reward and encouragement to receive a gold, a "well done, good and faithful one" kind of blessing...but just like the rainbow, I realize the Gold is in Heaven. Revelation 21:21b

Your family is so beautiful. You must be so proud of Tyler. I certainly am. Congrats to you both!

I know that 2nd place isn't what you were hoping for, but what an accomplishment to make it to the championship game for the third time. Tyler's ministry with those players is the real gold for the season.

Glad we could see Tyler's last game of the season.
