...who left the house and yard in a dirty, disgusting, desperate, dire, dismal, disastrous, desolate state...is that enough 'd' adjectives to describe the mess we had to clean up!
Tyler filled in the dog's hole in the backyard and planted grass...it's finally looking green back there now. We took 2 trailor loads to the dump and did some deep cleaning, then I started painting the whole interior (we painted the exterior a few months ago, and I still need to finish the trim...)
We finally have new renters as of August 1st! after 4 months of no rent, this is a big relief! :)

Looks great! Everything looks better with a fresh coat of paint, especially white! :-)
